Curriculum for City Leadership Training

City leaders play a key role in setting a collective vision for the city and shaping the agenda for local governance. They have to be well informed and up-to-date with policy frameworks and innovations in governance & municipal management. We worked with CEPT University to conceptualize a ‘City Leadership Training Program’ for mayors, commissioners and senior public officials to share leading practices in urban planning & management and improving citizen-government interface. The challenge for us was to develop an engaging and relevant curriculum that facilitated peer-to-peer learning.
